My name is Beata Budzyn and I live with my husband Nikos in small town Tragilos in North Greece, 100 km away from the city of Thessaloniki.   We both really love animals, especially dogs. For a long time I was looking for a breed suitable for us and finally we chose the Havanese. We brought home our first Havanese - Barbie at August 2010 from the kennel Wild Angel from Prague. She was 3 months old. We immediately fell in love with her and after much thought and study of the breed we decided to start selective breeding of this wonderful breed and make it more well-known in Greece.

The kennel HAVIHARA was registrated in FCI at August 2012 and is the first havanese kennel in Greece. The word "hara" means in Greek "joy" and it absolutely match to these adorable doggies which bring so much joy to their owners.

The sweet character and the beautiful appearance of Havanese convinced us to start the breeding of this wonderful breed which is almost unknown in Greece. 

Our goal is to breed beautiful and healthy dogs with good morphology and nice character. Our dogs will surely have all necessary tests and for the mating we will select the best parents. Our puppies will grow with our best care and will be properly socialized. Our litters will be rare and carefully designed. 

We are not "puppy mill" - the dogs are members of our family and live with us at our home.
